''Congrats to Mirror Mirror. It’s a sharp, funny script with some clever subtle touches, well realised through an admirable cast and some canny direction. Look out for pleasingly modern pronouns, a nod to the Sussexes, and the kind of stunt that would infuriate PETA. Just what Christmas is all about.''

''It was everything you could want from a Christmas show - creative, silly, engaging. Full of boos, hisses and laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed it. But it was seeing the reaction of the younger members of the audience that really blew me away. That's when you remember how magical theatre is. And what an important part we play in our community. And when you think about the additional Sunday morning performance that the team put on, and the families who otherwise probably wouldn't get to see any theatre, you realise how special SLT is.''

Reviews

Congrats to Mirror Mirror. It’s a sharp, funny script with some clever subtle touches, well realised through an admirable cast and some canny direction. Look out for pleasingly modern pronouns, a nod to the Sussexes, and the kind of stunt that would infuriate PETA. Just what Christmas is all about.

Peter Stevens

It was everything you could want from a Christmas show - creative, silly, engaging. Full of boos, hisses and laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed it. But it was seeing the reaction of the younger members of the audience that really blew me away. That's when you remember how magical theatre is. And what an important part we play in our community. And when you think about the additional Sunday morning performance that the team put on, and the families who otherwise probably wouldn't get to see any theatre, you realise how special SLT is.

Simon Gleisner

Well done Anna Callender especially but you were all fab. Giselle you were truly horrible! Caroline Durant played the most lovely gardener

Emma Hillman

Thanks for a lovely afternoon to all the Mirror Mirror gang. Giselle Parker was perfectly cast, an awesome wicked queen, can't wait to see more of her on our SLT stage. I now feel set up for Christmas

We went last weekend had a fantastic time. And the narrator gets all the kids involved which is really really good.
