The 2nd Annual West Norwood Arts Festival features events staged by the Book & Record Bar, FEAST, Knowles of Norwood, Norwood Forum, Norwood Action Group, Friends of West Norwood Cemetery, the Portico Gallery, The Hope and the West Norwood Picturehouse as well as SLT.
