Contents
Introduction
SLT Youth Theatre holds classes on Saturdays for children and teenagers aged 7 to 18. Starting each September, we run 6 six-week courses per year offering a variety of workshops, stage skills and the chance to appear in a production each year. Students of all ages are also frequently offered the opportunity to appear in other SLT Productions. The current Training Director is Dave Hollander.
While the Old Fire Station is being redeveloped, SLT Youth Theatre classes take place at St Luke's Church, West Norwood.
In March 2018, SLT Youth Theatre presented the first production in the Old Fire Station's new theatre space following renovation works: His Dark Materials (2018)
Juniors
- Aged 7-9 years
- Classes: 9:30-11:00
- Current teachers: Siobhan Campbell and Poppy Pedder
Intermediates
- Aged 10-12 years
- Classes: 11:00-13:00
- Current teachers: Dave Hollander, Peter Stevens, Siobhan Campbell, Louie Chapman, Samantha Moore Verity and Jack Hall
Youth Group
- Aged 13-14 years
- Classes: 14:00-16:00
- Current teachers: Peter Stevens and Louie Chapman
Advanced Group
