| − | Frances and I joined SLTC after we'd left school and before we went to drama school. We dived headlong into SLTC life, performing, doing stage management and often working behind the bar.

| − | Frances went on to Middlesex Poly in 1985 to do a 3 year professional acting course. She and I (Jeni de Haart), best friends since the age of 11 when we met at school, worked on most performance projects together. We were both in a band for a while, Abandance, and gigged regularly around London for 18 months or so until Frances left the band. Frances died aged 22, 17 November 1986 from Meningitis.
