Reviews

I was delighted to get a sneak preview of 'Blue Remembered Hills' this afternoon! Deftly directed and evocatively staged and wonderfully performed by a strong ensemble cast, you really do see the children! Plenty of tickets available but probably not for long so get in quick and #bead

PS it's a short one for a change so more time in the bar too!

Dennis Potter is surely one of the 20th Century's greats and it's a complete mystery why his work is not staged more often. Whist this play's countryside setting could cause problems the cast and staging were top-drawer, combining to make a memorable evening with the sixty minutes passing all too quickly. This was my first visit to the SLT and I shall definitely return. I didn't venture to the bar but this 50 seat venue was very comfortable with excellent air-con. (5/5)
