Son of the actor, Richard Pearson, once he left SLTC, Patrick's career took off. On Film he has appeared in: Privates on Parade (1983), Closing Numbers (1993), The IMAX Nutcracker (Short) (1997) & The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2011). He also appeared in the TV Movies: When We Are Married & The Death of a Heart (1987), Pride and Extreme Prejudice (1990), Hostages & Charles & Diana: Unhappily Ever After (1992), Poldark (1996), Too Good to be True (2003), The Government Inspector (2005), plus the TV series: Crown Court & We'll Meet Again (12 Episodes) (1982), Jackanory Playhouse (1984), Theatre Night & Nice Work (1989), Brass (6 Episodes) (1990), Great Performances (1992), Lovejoy (1993), Goodnight Sweetheart (1995), Dangerfield (1996), Pie in the Sky (1997), Hetty Wainthrop Investigates (1998), The Bill (2 Episodes) (1990) & (1998), The Worst Witch (3 Episodes) (1999-2000), Family Affairs & Mile High (2004), Bad Girls (2005) & New Tricks (2008). Patrick also appeared on stage in the West End, including in the play "A Piece of my Mind" by Peter Nichols (who wrote "Privates on Parade") with George Cole, Anna Carteret and Gynneth Strong at The Apollo Theatre
