Under the professional name of Parnell McGarry, Ann appeared in the movies: 'Bedazzled' (1967), 'Crossplot' (1969), 'Up the Chastity Belt' (1971) & 'Up the Front' (1972) both with Frankie Howerd, among others. On TV, Ann made appearances in: 'The Likely Lads' (1966), 'Armchair Theatre' (1969), 'On the Buses' & 'Dad's Army' (1970), 'The Fenn St Gang' (1972), Spike Milligan's 'Q9' (1980) and 'Tripper's Day' (1984).
